The Daughters of Civil War Union Veterans Tent 62 welcomes you to join us as we take a step back in time to tell the story of seven accomplished Bellefonte Women.
Let's connect with the everyday lives of Ann Harris, Katherine Curtin, Adeline Graham, Mary Beaver, Marion Petrikin, Meek Daughters and Match Factory employees.
How to Participate:
While the tour is free, donations are appreciated and will be used for veteran gravestone cleaning along with the ongoing 1880 gown restoration of PA First Lady, Katherine Wilson Curtin. To participate in the tour please RSVP via the Google Form link here!

Where:
Tours will start and finish at the Bellefonte Train Station (60-75 min)
with parking available across the street in the Municipal Lot.
Tour Route/Safety: The tours are outside and follow public sidewalks and streets. Some of the sidewalks are uneven and uphill. Always be alert for street traffic. Comfortable shoes and bottled water are always recommended.
Weather: All efforts are made to do the tour as scheduled. However, if there is a thunderstorm or it's just too bad, you will be contacted at least one hour in advance to cancel or reschedule the tour. Look for an email or social media post if the weather is appearing to be an issue. If you don't hear anything within one hour of the tour, it's on!
